President

* 12 members of the Rajya Sabha are nominated by the President of India Two members from
the Anglo Indian Community are nominated by the President of India

* Joint Session of the Parliament is summoned by the President

* If the Parliament is not in session, the President can issue Ordinance

* Budget is presented in the Parliament in the name of the President

* The President can declare war only after getting the advice from the Parliament
